RunKeeper uses GPS information to track and record your work outs. RunKeeper can track your runs, bike rides, and many other activities. I’m sure you could use it on a dirtbike if you wanted to.

FitPhone turns your iPhone into a workout log

A few months ago I did a review on a near app called FitPhone. Since that review they have applied many bug fixes and included several requested features. You can now edit existing exercises and category names. Time stamps have an added option that allow you to enter the time of day you did the work out. You can change that option in the settings menu located in the iPhone Settings. You can turn landscape mode on and off. FitPhone comes pre-loaded with several work outs ready to be logged. You can view a summary of your workouts and see how you have progressed over time.

Closecall - Emergency bracelet for your iPhone

If somebody finds your phone and wishes to return it, what are their options? If you lock your phone, as I do, your phone is of no use. If I was like my grandfather, I would just engrave my number into the back of it, I am not like my grandfather. Close Call gives you a way to display an emergency contact number.

Quitter iPhone App Review

If I was a smoker I think the best thing to help me quit would be to have a reminder of how much it is costing me in my hands all day. That is what Quitter is, it shows you how long it has been since you last smoked and how much you have saved since. Now that is rewarding!
